Description Villa Aphrodite & Villa Anastasia stand side by side on the award winning Paradise Gardens complex and are within a 10 minute walk of Paphos centre with its array of shops, restaurants and fabulous blue flag beach and an easy drive to three superb golf courses - Aphrodite Hills, Tala and Secret Valley. These Villas have complete privacy with their own private courtyard gardens and shared private plunge pool but they also benefit from the wonderful communal pool and landscaped gardens. They are available sperately or as a pair making them ideal for large families, wedding or golfing parties as well as couples.
Accommodation Bedrooms: 3 - each villa Bathrooms: 3 - each villa Sleeps: 6 - 8 - each villa Both Villa Aphrodite and Villa Anastasia have virtually identical accomodation and facilities and both accomodate between 6-8 people with 3 double bedrooms and a pull out bed. They are both furnished to a very high standard with a crisp modern feel and offer air conditioning.
The master bedrooms have king size beds, ensuite bathroom and spacious balcony overlooking the courtyard garden. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have twin beds and share a family bathroom.
The kitchens are fully equipped with cooker, microwave, toaster etc and have washing and ironing facilities. Villa Aphrodite also has a dish washer.
The spacious living areas have french doors opening onto the patio and a TV with DVD. The dining areas comfortably seat 8 people. If you prefer to dine al fresco there are table, chairs and BBQ.
The private pool is in the garden of Villa Aphrodite but it can be accessed via a small gate if both villas are rented togther. There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas plus table, chairs and BBQ for al fresco dining room.
Additional equipment includes a safe, a pull out bed, a high chair and games.
Amenities / Facilities Both villas are equipped with laundry facilities, a safe, a hair dryer, high chair and cot and each have air conditioning.
Location Paphos is situated in the South of Cypus and is just 20 minutes from the airport. Paradise Gardens is located within a 10 minute walk of Paphos centre with its wealth of shops, restuarants, bars and a lovely blue flag beach. Close at hand are attractions such as the Tomb of Kings, the Port and the very beautiful Coral Bay. If you are inclined to venture further afield the Troodos Mountains are worth seeing were you can walk in summer or ski in winter.
Good restaurants and bars are plentiful and there is great choice for couples or families alike. Car hire is not essential at Paradise Gardens as most facilities are within a short walk. However to fully enjoy what Cyprus has to offer car hire is inexpensive and driving is easy as they drive on the left and all road signs are in English.
Golf / Leisure Facilities There are a number of leisure facilities close by including the water park, go-karting, horse riding and there are excellent golf courses at Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley and Tala all within a short drive.
Maid Service / Cleaning We do not provide a mid-week cleaning service unless requested and is at additional cost.
Booking Notes A £300 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON BOOKING AND THE BALANCE IS PAYABLE 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. IF THE BOOKING IS MADE WITHIN 6 WEEKS OF ARRIVING THE FULL AMOUNT IS PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. A £200.00 DEPOSIT IS ALSO REQUIRED TO COVER DAMAGE AND BREAKAGES WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED 14 DAYS AFTER YOUR RETURN AND WE HAVE CONFIRMATION THAT NO DEDUCTIONS ARE NECESSARY. VILLA APHRODITE AND VILLA ANASTASIA ARE AVAILABLE SEPARATELY OR AS A PAIR. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRICES QUOTED ARE FOR THE VILLAS RENTED TOGETHER. WHEN VILLA APHRODITE IS RENTED INDEPENDENTLY THE OCCUPANTS WILL HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE PRIVATE POOL AND THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL RENTAL CHARGE OF £50. AIR CONDITIONING IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL CHARGE. THE VILLAS ARE CLEANED ON EACH DEPARTURE. IF YOU REQUIRE A MID-WEEK CLEAN THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST OF £60.00. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE OPERATE A STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY INSIDE THE VILLAS. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL 2009 BOOKINGS CONFIRMED BY SEPTEMBER 30TH 2008 WILL BE HELD AT THIS YEARS CURRENT PRICES. IF YOU ARE FLYING FROM GATWICK WE RECOMMEND CAR PARKING WITH TUDOR ROSE WHO HOLD THE SAFE PARK MARK AWARDED BY THE BRITISH PARKING ASSOCIATION AND SURREY POLICE. THEY ALSO OFFER OVERNIGHT ACCOMODATION IN THEIR COUNTRY HOUSE GUESTHOUSE WITH A FULL PARKING PACKAGE AND ARE HAPPY TO GIVE A 10% DISCOUNT TO OUR CLIENTS.
