Description Palm Villas is a new privately owned group of 5 luxury holiday villas nestling low in the hillside above the picturesque harbour of Sivota. A beautiful location with the breathtaking views of the nearby islands including Cephalonia, Ithaca, Meganissi and many others.
Enjoy a sensational holiday where our aim is to provide you with a relaxing, stress free holiday. Travel to the villas is from the nearby airport of Preveza where your pre-arranaged hire willbe waiting for you. Each villa has a large private pool, sunbathing terraces with ample shading and panoramic sea views.
Accommodation Bedrooms: 3 Bathrooms: 3 Sleeps: 6 Each luxury south facing villa is fully furnished to a high standard. The accommodation includes: • 3 bedrooms - 2 double with en-suite, 1 twin bedded (pocket sprung mattresses throughout). 3 modern bathrooms. • A fully equiped kitchen with an American style fridge/freezer with filtered cooled water dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine and other modern appliances. • Adjacent dining area with comfortable seating for 6 people. • A large open plan lounge with satellite TV/DVD and magnificent views over looking the surrounding islands. For added comfort, all rooms throughout the villa have heat reflecting windows. The sitting area and two main bedrooms lead on to the terrace and pool area with magnificent views overlooking the surrounding islands. .
Amenities / Facilities Car parking area adjacent to each villa, patio furniture including loungers, hammock, large table and chairs for outside dining and individual BBQ. Satellite & terrestrial reception, modern LCD television/ DVD. Supermarkets, cafes. bars and tavernas are located in nearby Sivota Harbour. A 'welcome' hamper is provided on arrival. We are pleased to assist with car hire and flight arrangements, if required.
Location Peaceful low hillside location, 4/5 minutes drive to the harbour, tavernas and supermarkets. Approx 10 minutes drive to nearest beaches in Vassiliki. There are also a smaller beaches around the harbour. The beautiful beaches of Porto Katsiki, Egremni and Katasma can be found on the West side of the island. Nightlife, discos, shops ,water sports, boat trips and boat hire are found in Nidri a 20 minute drive away. Boat hire and sailing tuition is also available nearby. Sivota lies on the southern peninsular on the island of Lefkada and the busy main town of Lefkas is approximately 40 minutes drive. The beautiful island of Lefkada is situated in the Ionian sea north of Cephalonia & approximately 60 miles south of Corfu with spectacluar views overlooking 22 neighbouring islands. The island is a yachting paradise and the colourful floatillas can be found moored quayside in Sivota harbour adjacent to the tavernas and bars. Flights to Lefkas (Lefkada) arrive at the nearby airport in Preveza (Aktio) just 15 minutes from the island which is joined to the mainland by a swingbridge and is accessible by road. UK flights depart from Manchester & Gatwick, travel time is approximately 3 hours. Whilst taxis are plentiful at the airport, car hire is stongly recommended to access the numerous interests to be found on the island.
Maid Service / Cleaning Cleaning with linen and towel change twice weekly. Pool cleaning 4-5 times a week (normally early morning) Daily domestic and cooking services can be provided on request, at extra cost. .
